VOIP Sound Attenuation customization
Ability to modify the Sound Attenuation settings of the local voice chat (like Occlusion/Low pass filter frequency/etc...)

`+connect` launch option support
Add a launch option to directly join a server after starting the client ("+connect" for instance?)

Add "Fake Loading Delay" to settings
In the "Debug" settings tab, and similar to "Fake Packet Loss", but this option would add extra delay to the time it takes to load/join a server. Usefull to debug loading screens.
